We inform you that Promepar Asset Management, the management company of the FCP Promepar Actions Rendement of which you are shareholder, has decided to change the method of allocating income from the O share.

Indeed, until now this share could distribute or capitalize its income, now it will systematically capitalize its income.

The operation :

The two I and O shares which could distribute or capitalize their income have so far always opted for capitalization.

We have decided to change the allocation of income from the O share to a capitalization share.

The I share does not change.

This change will come into effect on September 21, 2020.
